Free shipping on every order

There's no minimum order and no shipping fee at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
• Delivery: usually 5 to 11 business days after dispatch.

Your cushion ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas. Around holidays and peak sales periods, delivery can take a few days longer.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. It can take 2 to 3 business days for the first tracking update to appear.

Your address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can change it before dispatch, but not after the parcel has left.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at techleadonline@gmail.com. We'll reship it or refund you. See Returns and refunds for details.
